We as a community have much more to learn, share and discuss about the take-down of local government finally upon us. From current reporting on Cleveland.com, it appears there are innumerable sitting judges, Cleveland city officials and other county officials, employees, appointees and contractors still to go down, along with a massive web of area businesspeople.

I proposed positive change to some of the officials who appear to be going down, and I was disappointed by my experiences working with them. So I have long considered the "County" corrupt... the "Democrats" corrupt. Based on my observations from the outside, we are just seeing the very beginning of the FBI actions against public and private parties here, and it seems things will get far worse before they get better - Jimmy DiMora and his goon squad will see to that, as demonstrated in the video above.

Having been through similar experiences in other communities around the country, I can say what we have here is not unique - is not the worst in the country, even - and the crimes reported so far are the least of real concerns to citizens... although they are all we will be publicly told. There are Fortune 500 executives and lawyers at top firms with fingers in all this, and worse. Seen their names yet?

And there are major outcomes of the corruption to be disrupted now, as citizens learn our taxes and trust have been abused - the MedCon, Gilbertopia and all Mall plans with the City of Cleveland are most obvious concerns... but don't forget about the Port, Community Partnership for Arts and Culture (cigarette tax), VA Pyramid-scheming (Tubbs-Jones sell-out of the world), the Landbank (a la Rokakis), the CDCs (a la Landbank), Opportunity Corridor (a la CDCs) and ODOT planning for the Innerbelt (a la all) - everything here is corrupt.

That Democratic leadership - and UNION leadership - allowed itself to fall so low here is despicable. I am personally offended, as I was supportive of Commissioner Jones and open with many Democratic leaders about how to make this a better community, and those leaders ultimately wasted my time, and abused my intellectual property. So I am far from sympathetic toward any Democratic leaders here, and I hope other honest business people treated poorly here take as great of offense, and action.

I have already contacted the replacement to Auditor Russo because I have proposed information technology solutions the county may use in the Auditor's office to leverage open source programming to save citizens money, fix information technology problems, and enhance county services. I hope other honest business people in the community will be as proactive to offer the new government leaders help, despite the abuse we have received by past government criminals.

We should get organized, to save the county, in support of whatever leadership and government processes are developed during the transitions ahead.

I do not see any candidates for County Executive or Council who will have real vision for how to save this region, or tools to save this region, and all they will have at their disposal will be a broken government and $ billions to spend fixing that. Let's make sure they spend the next $ billions well, and give them vision.
