Cuyahoga County Greener Times - background on David Ellison - County Exec Candidate

I like the idea (page 3 of the doc) of a Cuyahoga County Conservation Corp - reminds me a bit of On Demand Work Corps which was advocated here on Realneo in 2006 [2].

I notice in the Realneo poll which is now running in the left hand side column - that Mr. Ellison and Mr. Scipione are about neck in neck - what the predictive value is of this poll county-wide is - will be interesting to see after November 2, 2010.
