When it`s HOT - Gelato

The Italians have a few flourishes that other cultures do not have.   Gelato ice is one of those flourishes. [1] This display at Gigi Gelateria [2] is in a freezer  with a glass top and faces the public sidewalk in the North End, Boston, Massachusetts. - Every passerby has to look - and resist or buy.
