Facebook IPO, now, why?
Riding the curve is what VC's do. They want to ride it up. Oh, do they want to ride it UP!
But, if the VC's have an admonition, if VC's see the curve only going up for a bit more, then the time to go public is ASAP.
(heard on the Street: Google's on their ass with +, plus a search engine which Facebook don't have)
