hero cleveland police 2nd district car 233 answers neighbors call on may 2, 2012 about 3:30pm to 911 about noise harresement and dangerous illegal 4 wheel 2cycle motor cycle driving up and down brayton ave. on street and side walks by 757 brayton ave.
