The US government is making foreign policy based on bad information, because they can get away with it.If we have open source information, that the public has a grip on, then it holds the government accountable to not be ideologically stupid.
We have 200,000 highly paid people who spend 1/4 of their time looking for stuff, looking for stuff, and they are only finding, if they are lucky, they are only finding 20 to 30% of what they need. they spend another quarter of their time fighting editorial problems from layers of management. We need a non secret open source decision support. If you put enough brains on it, no problem is unsolvable. Diversity, clarity, and transparency matter. Information share, is information multiplied. It is still held at the original place, but now it has the advantage of diversity. It is possible to create the unclassified government decision support life boat.
