Bike/Ped lanes on the innerbelt bridge

while i'm sure the addition of a bike/ped lane(s) on the innerbelt bridge will certainly add to the cost, will it not also add to the quality of life here in NEO?

what is the cost of our quality of life?  the feds say 20% of the project cost...

take a look at proposed bike lanes and views for the new east span of the sanfranciso-oakland bay bridge

unlike car traffic, bikes and people could flow in both directions.....imagine the views of the valley
