Hear artist Catherine Opie talk about her work before the opening of her show at MOCA this Friday: Catherine Opie: 1999 & In and Around the Home
Catherine Opie received a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute and an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts. She has taught at Yale University and is currently a professor of photography at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she lives and works. Opie has exhibited both nationally and internationally extensively and is the recipient of the 2004 Larry Aldrich Foundation Award.
In collaboration, MOCA Cleveland, and the Department of Film, Video, and Photographic Arts CIA.
