Did you know the Air Quality Was Unhealthy for Everyone if not Severe July 27 & 28, 2010? That is what appears buried in the incomplete, deceptive EPA data largely hidden by the Federal government funded City of Cleveland, local EPA, NOACA and Ohio EPA air pollution control services - such data is sometimes possible to locate with great effort by the public, as illustrated in the screenshot above. There is reported a highest 1-hour average PM 2.5 level of 123 - UNHEALTHY FOR ALL - meaning the level spiked much higher during the hour. That was at NOON, in downtown CLEVELAND, July 27, 2010.

We know this from the summary field in the chart above, but not from the itemized data fields for Cleveland... which for noon was "No Data'... meaning so bad it is hidden by the EPA. Most of the day appears to have been so bad it was all hidden by the EPA - the bad news was not available on the actual current readings for the day, as I tracked them

At midnight that day, the 24 hour average particulate level reading peaked at 68 - Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups still - meaning it was Unhealthy still July 28th - the day of "Greater Cleveland Clean Air Campaign" - a foundation-funded meeting of the people responsible for this dangerous situation, which I asked to be allowed to videotape for citizens and was denied the right [1].

I would like to know if there is a recording of that meeting and if the fact we had severe air pollution the preceding days was even raised for discussion.
