Yes, it is unconstitutional to bar children from restaurants after 6 pm and arrest them for no reason
Yes, telling kids that police must be contacted to protest on public issues or be arrested violates the Ist Amendment
Yes, the curfew law targets where Black children frequent most and violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment
Yes, because the curfew law also gives the Cleveland Hts city manager authority to bar kids from other areas independently
No because the constitution should not apply if we fear our own children and we hope it applies to adults in the near future

Yes, a judge that disregards the right to confrontation under The Sixth Amendment needs to go
Yes, she is issuing warrants without the required bond forfeiture hearing for Mayor Jackson and others
Yes, we do not need a judge that is controled by a mayor via his endorsement and his request for favors
No, some judges in Cuyahoga County are corrupt so who cares if Judge McLaughlin Murray follows the law
