Will you allow city government to ignore this?

There are more than 100 registered offenders living illegally in Ward 14 today.

RAG has asked the Cleveland Law Department to start a pilot project in our ward to move registered sex offenders to legal addresses.
The loophole in the residency laws forbids offenders from living near schools and other prohibited entities but fails to place a penalty on failing to do so. Each municipal law director must file a civil action against each offender to force them to move.
