MERRY CHRISTMAS, 2021, & SEASONS’ GREETINGS FROM JEFFERSON PARK IN CLEVELAND, OHIO

Happy Hanukah!
Happy Kwanzaa!
Happy Holidays!
Happy New Year, 2022!

The lead photograph – a composite includes Christmas lights and decoration outside 16-houses (out of nearly 60) around the three sides of Jefferson Park (Cooley Avenue and West 132nd & 133rd Streets) located on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio.

The second photograph shows two houses on West 132nd Street facing Jefferson Park with the partial December moon photographed on the evening of December 15th. Full moon was on December 18th and was not visible because of overcast skies. The house on the left (John & Maureen Lavelle) had a nativity scene inside the covered porch which was superimposed as shown.

The third photograph shows Smokey (rear) and Gingy her son (front) relaxing on a so-called Marcel Breuer chair in the front porch of our house (see inset) on the evening of December 22, 2021. They are our outside cats and my constant companions. They follow me around when I am outside around the house or in the adjoining double lot. The porch has been lit with a yellow-light bulb and a red-light bulb to provide visual warmth during the cold winter months.
