Ward 14 - dirty politics in NEO

The media is largely ignoring the simmering council race in Ward 14 - focused on Eugene Miller and Jeff Johnson - another power play with Sweeney written all over it.  

But, the story on near west side is far more volatile with a history worth revisiting.

Nelson Cintron Jr. served in Cleveland City Council for two terms starting in 1998 after defeating Helen K. Smith in 1997.  The four candidates in the upcoming primary include: Nelson Cintron Jr., Brian Cummins, Janet Garcia and Brian Kazy.
