1. eternal thanks comm. sulzer, lt. bolan, & officer, sammy cataina, joe cimperman, and others for alerting me by coming to my home on 3-12-2010, (police only) and comm. sulzer, speaking with me from sammys phone while at tremont west development corporation, "that i should post that i'm non-violent and wouldn't kill tim russo, and that i should apoligize because tim russo may want you arrested for "menacing" and in case tim russo files a police report - and guy we know you are non-violent" - and i told comm.sulzer, i will take his advice and thanked him for being our hero - and i posted said disclamier - -(see link below) (note: i was told tim russo was in california at the time and some folks think that the good police were sent to my home to intimadate and or to provoke me - comm. sulzer came after lt. bolan by himself and knocked on the door and he or lt. bolan left a note to call comm. sulzer and when we spoke on the phone he was very respectfull and lt. bolan, came with another officer and knocked on the door and went in the back yard and left and they came seperate times in about 15 minutes and at that time sammy cataina called me at home and the call roled over to my cell and i called sammy back and sammy said comm. sulzer needs to talk with me and he's not there to arrest me - and just then comm. sulzer came back to twdc as sammy said he was there earlier to see if he had my phone no. and sammy handed his phone to him - i think their intentions were honorable - although when the police come to your home any thing can happen and things can go wrong - i would have peferred a telephone call - which comm. sulzer was attempting to do - comm. sulzer said he read my blog - but i think comm. sulzer didn't know the complete story - truth - which is here - heres an email i sent to them-

5. tim russo, and i have seen each other and spoke in a polite respectfull way a few times - once last summer at the farmers market, at lincoln park, in tremont, and also joe cimperman, and nora, mrs. cimperman, was there and we all were talking - tim russo, had a booth with a female selling childrens painting stuff as i recall - something with children -
also i signed tim russo's petition for county manager, canidate as we spoke at the tremont west development corporations annual meeting at st. josephs, on 1-29-09, with some 200 folks there including comm. sulzer,
i was a canidate for the board of directors-

Tim Russo alleged threats
Evelyn's alleged threat was made almost one year ago. If this was viewed as a threat, action should have been taken at that time, not almost one year later.
If Russo is in California, there is no imminent threat from your parody. So why the visit from all of the police officers and why was TWDC involved at all? The police were concerned about what Tim Russo might do?

No report was filed, so why any police involvement at all? Seems like the police would have better things to do than worry about what might happened. And to have at least three officers time wasted on this just does not sound right to me.
Your phone number is all over the place. It took me less than one minute to find it. If the police were concerned, they could have called you themselves and not involved Tremont West Development for your phone number.
In fact, your phone number is always attached to every one of your blogs including the blogs that contain the alleged threat:

Hello all, I wanted to respond to the postings regarding Frank Giglio last week, I had originally posted on Tremonter right after the abuse of police power when Frank, Ted Thelander, and Chuck Hoven had the encounter with the police, when it was over with five second district officers were present. I signed up last week but it seems someone else used my name and posted something too.
That was not me, this is my first posting on this wonderful site. I had some medical issues regarding my mother that took priority the day after the City knocked Frank's house down. I was there and took about 15 minutes of video on the 9th. But anyway, I find it interesting that the Police showed up again to protect TWDC again. I am getting sick of my tax dollars being abused in this manner. TWDC is totally involved in what happened to Frank.

It would be interesting to see a call log of cell phone and office phone calls to/from 2nd District, Arizona, Cimperman, Cantania and TWDC.
All of this over Tim Russo.
Tim Russo was assigning, "homework" to who he thought was a 12 year old CHILD. The homework is detailed in my other blog, but some of the homework assigned by Russo to the child involved the child sticking fingers in his own anus and playing with himself in the shower.
This was also not a one time, "oh I am in the mood for a 12 year old" conversation. The sexual chatter went on for months.
Tim Russo also was waiting for the CHILD to be alone while his parents were at work so that he could show him some things.
And then Russo got in his car to teach the CHILD his "homework."
Now if I ever catch a grown man assigning any children "homework" or attempting to rape any CHILD, there will not be much left of the person for the coroner's office to ID.
This is NOT a threat to Tim Russo. It is a threat to each and every single pervert that would even think of raping a child.

Maybe we need to rethink the trolls. Maybe we need to rethink our reactions. Most of all, fellow coop members, peace to you all. May guns, threat, criminals, and trolls all just go away and we all be at peace, at least till the weekend.
