Every human, even every primate, reads facial expressions in their immediate environment as their first level of Darwinian self preservation.   You know your canine companion looks at your face to see whether you are happy, sad, angry, or teasing....that's what we're talking about...

frankly, I have been convinced for months.....and we haven't even begun to analyze the hand gestures...
