hi keith dozier - ed jamision - all - cleveland animal control - others - and thats were their dog run out of the yard two or three months ago - (looking for our video of it) - and attempted to bite sophia and me barking grawling etc.. as i was yelling get away protecting sophia - said dog is a brown terrier with the large mouth and cynthia came running and grabbed said dog - and said nothing no i'm sorry etc. and the same on june 13 or 14, 2016 - i have video - which i re injured my groin hernia holding sophia away and the same on june 26, 2016 although this time the dog came from their open yard of 2430 professor side of their property on to to the side walk as we were walking by - i have video - i'm 74 disabled military veteran and we do volunteer homeland security neighborhood watch as we work with 2nd district police commander tom stacho and police officers detectives heroes and fbi etc. and thats why i carry a video audio camera around my neck - and walk tremont weather permitting - its a third degree felony to harress provoke intimadate injure murder a police dog or horse and or a service canine - they are all in the same ohio state law so i wonder if said dog has done this to other dogs and humans walking by - this could be harressment or coincidence - the good john baird has known of us for years - please let us know - eternal thanks for your service - cheers - sophia and guy - Quest, ministries - 753 brayton ave. cleveland , ohio 44113 - 216 861 7368 - questministry [at] att [dot] net - http://realneo.us/blogs/questministriesThank You.Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. this is the court judge stokes, video of sammy catania being sentenced to 180 days plus $1,000 fine on the Aggravated Disorderly Conduct: The 180 days in jail and $500 of the $1,000 was suspended. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and $250 on the Menacing charge. If he failed the tinkle test, he would be required to return to court to be placed on active probation. The question to be considered here is, did he actually take the urine analysis test and did he pass it? Since he advised Judge Stokes that he had consumed some medication prior to coming to court, I would not be suprised if his attorney managed to get a "rain-check" so he could flush the pipes before providing a sample. Third, a "No-Contact" order was to remain in effect for the duration of the probation period. Fourth, Sammy is to consume absolutly NO alcohol or illegal substances (drugs) for the duration of the "inactive" probationary period. Guy was kind and generous enough to say that he did not want to see Sammy go to jail. That at times Sammy could be a wonderful person and that he did many good things for the community. However, Guy did state that he would rather see Sammy on Active probation. Guy even offered up a solution for making the no contact order succeed without Sammy getting into any further trouble. Guy said that if he needed to attend committee meetings or utilize TWDC's services, that he would place a courtesy call in advance of going to the office so that Sammy would have an opportunity to leave the building before Guy arrived. What I found really interesting is that when Sammy was given an opportunity to speak, he did not make a diect apology to Guy. He only did it in a round about way after Judge Stokes ask him if he meant the apology for Guy. Another point of concern is that even after learing his fate, Sammy continued to place the blame on Guy and others. He even stated that Guy was disruptive at a the meeting when he submitted a letter calling for the TWDC Development Director's dismissal. Myself and others were present at that meeting and no such conduct was displayed by Guy. He read the letter aloud to the TWDC Board members.
