Cleveland's 4th annual Aerosol and Urban Art Festival. Live spray art muraling & contest. Philly's GRAND AGENT headlines a full day of hip hop, B-boy/B-girl two person team battles, an MC battle and more, free. Festival hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
