I GRO Cleveland: Greening Browns

If an apple a day keps the doctor away, what is the economic value to Northeast Ohio of bringing fresh, local fruits and vegetables to poor, unhealthy, underserved inner city places like The Star Neighborhood, site of the 1968 Glenville Shootout, not since healed. May the healing begin, in the Independent Green Republic of Cleveland, now featuring the greening of Brown's Market. A Star Market is born, one shelf and a few healthy products at a time.
