The bike share systems require lots of managment and inventory maintenance and balancing. Certain stations get swamped with bikes at the end of every day, and other stations are stripped of bikes. Vans have to collect the surplus and re-allocate them to the poor inventory sites. Not that difficult, but it takes real time cloud inventory data.
