12-year old sent to US concentration camp (Guantanamo)

NY Congressman Says Obama Violating Law By Not Investigating Bush

The Huffington Post - New York Congressman Jerry Nadler, a senior Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, told the Huffington Post that he believed that President Obama would be breaking the law if he decided to oppose launching investigation into the authorization of torture.

"If they follow the law they have no choice," Nadler said in an interview this past weekend.
