Anna Andruchiw, browsing DVDs September in the Strongsville branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library, is one of the many patrons who have made it the busiest library system per capita in the country. (Marvin Fong, The Plain Dealer)
The 2013 Public Library Data Service  statistical report says the rapidly growing library system lends more books, magazines, music, movies and other materials per capita than any other big library system in the country. The library lent a whopping 33.44 items per person in the population it serves.
