THE CITY OF CLEVELAND, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO AND HUD LEADERSHIP SHOULD UNITE TO REVERSE THE FORECLOSURES AND REPLACE FRANK'S HOMES AT MINIMUM FOR THEIR HEINOUS ACTS AGAINST THIS MAN!
- "NO ONE WANTS PEOPLE LIKE FRANK GIGLIO IN TREMONT ANYWAY!"
- STEER THEM OUT, ERADICATE THE FRANK GIGLIO'S FROM CLEVELAND!...
(^^TYPICAL CHATTER FROM THE GENTRIED WHO SUPPORT THE ACTIONS AGAINST FRANK.^^)
- From approximately December 2008 and much earlier.....over 14 pages of blogs referencing the FRANK GIGLIO CASE have graced the REALNEO.US web site. Countless citizen activists and community advocates have united on REALNEO to fight for Frank Giglio's rights. Citizen's have put their careers on the line for this citizen. They have worked tirelessly to walk with him through City of Cleveland Housing Court, Warrants, Condemnations, Tax Foreclosures, a Sheriff Sale, and the demolition of two of his homes.
This past week, the ultimate FORUM of REALNEO hit the front page when someone posted this first blog below....The revealing facts of the who's who game of target enforcement, deprivation of constitutional rights, and corruption which are far beyond most people's wildest dreams; have amazingly come to a light. Sadly; no amount of "citizen fight" has been able to protect Frank Giglio or other citizen's like him from the wrath of the Community Development regime.
Frank has watched his homes be demolished, his dog killed, and even been arrested trying to save his home. Systematic failures, collusive practices, and underhanded people have violated Frank Giglio AND the Citizens of Cleveland more than words can say.....
From the countless "followers" of the "FRANK GIGLIO CASE"; what I see are a bunch of public servants and private citizens who are all just waiting for Frank Giglio to "disappear" so that they do not have to redress this case anymore or get caught up in the middle of Tremont Social Capital. I see a bunch of lawyers and public servants eating at the fine dining locations "connected" to the same people who absolutely violated this man. I have even seen quite a few of our elected people having fundraisers at those same establishments connected to the TREMONT REGIME.... I see the players in this case laughing, giggling, and dancing in celebration that they finally got adverse possession of Frank Giglio's house through adverse actions and deceitful practices. I see that they treated him like garbage and justify it all through their smirks and smug jeers over their beers. Against the grain of corruption; I also see tireless citizens fighting a great fight on Frank Giglio's behalf while all of those smug, gentrified followers laugh it up at us all. Isn't this case "HUMOROUS?" Doesn't it tickle your fancy (asses) that Frank Giglio lives homeless on his last piece of property while you demo his beds illegally and without regard for his rights? KEEP LAUGHING IT UP!
Moreover, what I see above all is a complete meltdown and comprehensive overlay of years of wasteful spending on Community Development in Northeast Ohio that has only reinvented wheels of City Government and corroded our community at large with collusive and corrupt practices that have violated almost every citizen in our community while depriving real business investors of the exact same for profit opportunities that they are donating to these greedy little Community Development agencies that break every rule of ethics, violate the rights of citizens and formidably devour the humanity of our most vulnerable citizens instead of assisting them as they are governed by the Federal, State and Local Laws. Sadly; this means such a high level of WHITE COLLAR CRIME that we don't have enough people in our local FBI to actually chase the countless cases. On top of that our most vulnerable citizens usually fall prey to these wolves because of their low income status and inability to pay for lawyers that will protect their rights. Ultimately; the Cleveland and Cuyahoga County judicial systems are not designed to care about our citizens; they are designed to make big money from abusively violating our citizens. Too many connections to keep listing.
Frank has lost his home. None of these players or followers stood up like a man and did anything but allow it to happen without any intervention. Everyone's too busy, overwhelmed and living large to give a damn about a case like FRANK's...mostly because they will ultimately benefit from his life being eradicated from a growing GENTRIFIED community that gets rid of the weak who have lived there their entire lives. It's a war on the home fronts of America. Simply watch out for the Wolves in Sheep Clothing otherwise known as "COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT"....
What will come of this case is unknown. Who will rise to the occasion of "OWNING" and "ACCOUNTING FOR THE SOCIAL INJUSTICES" that have transpired and adversely affected not only Frank Giglio; but to each of us who has cared about him and his status despite not knowing him personally??? Who will say enough is enough and that something has to change about this little game that CDC's are playing on people's lives daily in Cleveland? Who will speak the truth, collaborate resolves that might just build Frank Giglio 2 new houses or 1 big mansion and give him his properties back free and clear with free taxes until he dies after all that has been done to his life?
The bottom line....the City of Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson; the County Executive, and countless public servants (HUD DIRECTOR, GOVERNOR, need to get real and start figuring out what you are going to do to settle with this man for such surreal actions on his life....before this becomes a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT THAT BANKRUPTS BOTH THE CITY AND COUNTY. I believe with all my heart that these violations are terrorism...which has steered hundreds of thousands of people straight out of our city over the last 36 Years specifically. The remnants are being liquidated like fish bait so that our radical local government can finish what it started long ago....creating a family unfriendly party place on the coast that steers out anyone who does not agree with corruption, collusion, and abusive practices.
Simply scroll the list of blogs and hit the links of interest about this case. As history transpires; figure out what humanity is...figure out what "community" means. Figure out what it means to be the target of one of these organizations. Frank's case is but the example....there are countless more victims.
