golden rule - free speech - unless yelling fire in crowded theater when no fire -

 true spiritual love is when one loves inspite of disliking or even hating what the other person(s) is doing or saying even hating -

also very often we learn and grow more from our socalled adversaries than our friends -

in the military most of us actualy hated our drill sergants etc.- but as they said ' what you learn will help save your life" - and its was-is true -

and to be on the safe side - carry two guns and have a great protector dog sister brother and take your vitimines minerals and eat your vegys fruits and get good excercise - most things our caused by being chemicaly imbalanced - poor nutrition etc. -

 until your shot at with someone attempting to murder you - almost everthing is a blessing -

 we all go over the thin line of insanity and sanity every day for few minutes or longer and most come back to sanity -

and to be able to use words to attack or disagree with each other rather than bullets and bombs is a great testimony of this great country usa  -

we may have only hours before the great earthquakes etc. attempt to destroy us  and the hostile aliens attempt to make this planet a more prison plant as it was more in the past and now we are some what freeer -

 all things being equal - if i was black hispanic indian etc.or even a female i would probably be dead murdered or in prison etc, -

the only main thing that has saved me  - is i'm socalled - white skined - and a human -
