Peace
Peace and l'chiam! Traditions are so important to help us all remember to respect the cycle of life and death.
right on, Laura
Love it, Marc.
Telling
Haggadah is the telling. There are many books exploring the soul and the tradition of telling across cultures and generations. One book that has risen to the level of a classic on school reading lists is the Giver by Lois Lowry.
We need these reaffirmations in our society regardless of religion or cultural tradition. As we lose touch with tradition, our society breaks down. Post memory affects all of us. Finding a way to justify cruel behavior is how crime begins.
Smacznego Jajka!
Here are some Easter traditions passed on by the Polish community in Cleveland. Please visit St. Stanislaus and support Slavic Village residents as they celebrate this season.
