HAPPY EARTH DAY 2022 FROM JEFFERSON PARK IN CLEVELAND, OHIO

Today, April 22, 2022 is Earth Day.

So don’t forget to Recycle, Reuse, and Reduce – not just today – but all year round to keep Spaceship Earth a healthy place – with clean air, clean water, and clean land – for this and all future generations.

First held on April 22, 1970, Earth Day now includes a wide range of events coordinated globally by EARTHDAY.ORG including 1 billion people in more than 193 countries.

The lead photograph show a view of Jefferson Park from the attic of house located on the south side of the park on an overcast 50 deg. F day.

The second photograph shows my shopping cart loaded with recyclable aluminum pieces and cans outside the Recycling Center on West 140th Street, north of Lorain Avenue -- on March 18, 2022. I am car-free – no driver’s licenses either -- and walk all around for miles on end.

Enjoy the special day!
