The Miami-Dade Police Officer Juan L. Aviles who was murdered along with his sister on the side of a rural road in Puerto Rico was recently revealed as a whistleblower in a state case against Wackenhut Security Systems, witnesses in coming trial over Wackenhut security firm's billing for millions of dollars of faked working hours guarding Miami's elevated trains and stations.
