Once a popular destination for Cleveland-area residents, especially at the holidays, for shopping and enjoying decorations, Public Square has been blighted for decades by real estate developers who have disinvested in the urban core of the community, and industrialists who keep the area under a constant cloud of toxic pollution. The result is a constant conflict in real NEO between the two realities of abundance and poverty here, which mash up every day at public square.
