Professor Howard from Cleveland State assisted in getting these new by-laws written up.  I don't know what the big secret was but she insisted in the "Attorney-client privilege."

I sort of had the impression that it was the client who envoked that privilege but not in this case.

Jerleen, I tried to look at these but when the pages came up, my computer went berserk and I had to shut her down. The site must have been too busy to handle it.
