Find out how and why in what will be the first Northeast Ohio Teleworking Summit sponsored by Regional Economic Issues (REI) @ Case, to be held Monday, May 9th from 8 AM to noon at the Metropolitan Campus of Cuyahoga Community College in downtown Cleveland. Directions to the event may be found at:

The event is FREE and a continental breakfast is included. This program will feature live video conferenced nationally known speakers, Gil Gordon (generally regarded as the "father of teleworking") , Wendell Joice (GSA employed proponent for teleworking practices in the Federal Government) and other experts who will share their insites on how Teleworking is changing our lives at work and at home.

This Summit is the the Third public forum that will look at how Teleworking can become a key sustainable economic development tool for Northeast Ohio and how you may be able to directly benefit from this growing phenomenon as it grows in popularity in Northeast Ohio.

Vic Voinovich will share insights that he and his colleagues have amassed on how Teleworking is already affecting our personal and work lives and how spreading its practice could enhance Northeast Ohio's economy in numerous ways. This conference will explore the advantages of work being performed off site and to quantify those opportunities for building an organization(s) that could profit from promoting this type of work activity.
