    About Valerie Waugaman

Who are you and what are you all about?

My passion is to inspire others to DREAM BIG! I am the founder of a company called, Fit Mission. Our goal is to: Inspire, Educate, Provide, Support, Empower, and Evolve the quality of life and well-being throughout the world! We focus on promoting a balance of all aspects of health. We currently offer seminars and day long camps focused on the education and implementation of effective nutrition, fitness, and motivation practices. We are currently hosting Champ Camps each month all across the country. Another passion of mine is educating kids about health. We are utilizing Fit Mission to develop school programs featuring an entertaining super heroine character called, The Green Goddess. In addition, I share ownership in a healthy restaurant concept called, Octane Cafe. We aspire to some day grow the company to become a nationwide distributor of convenient, healthy food. To further challenge my own fitness goals and to grow my wellness businesses, I compete as a professional figure athlete in the IFBB. Currently I hold the title as the Colorado Pro Champion, and I placed 5th in the Arnold Classic (the largest sporting event in the world) where I met Arnold Schwarzenegger in person. I am a certified motivational consultant for ThinkTQ, Inc. and I am working with one of the world’s most successful personal development companies to further develop a multi-level life coaching program. Dream Big!

What ultimately inspires you? People that are able to live a peaceful life no matter what situation they encounter truly inspires me.  Traveling the world as a motivational speaker assisting people in bringing forth the champion within themselves.  I strongly believe that the more we seek to help others, the more we are able to help ourselves and the environment in which we live.Do you have any mottos or affirmations?

    • Find every avenue possible to live your dreams

    • Choose meaningful goals and share them with others for mutual attainment

    • Reach your goals with all your passion

    • Manage your energy and your time

    • Proper nutrition - gives you energy - energy allows you to achieve greater results

Strive for balance in life- relationships are important; your sense of self is stabilizing; and work will always be there. I push my limits wherever I can and I strive for recovery as often as possible.

TOO HOLLOW & COMMERCIAL = PULL IT OFF REALNEO

My opinion is that this post is inappropriate for Realneo.  It is not edgy enough, not  political enough, not controversial enough, not cultural enough and belongs in the PD - for a fee.

I'm OK with it - we can't all live in Solon and get it for free

I'm supportive of the Cleveland Arthletic Club and figure this is a sincere program to better the lives of people here through better health - just like Cleveland Botanical Garden events that may be expensive can be posted here.

Disrupt IT

what we all need, but don't want to admit it

I went to the last camp in January and it motivated me and 44 other people more than we could have imagined possible to get off our asses and start living with full intensity! We did an environmental workout in the Tower City mall. All 45 of us with people watching us the entire time as we did a workout around the big water fountain. Now tell me that isn't edgy. This camp is definitely something to consider if you have the desire to do more with your life.

Marketing health

Marketing health seems like a good thing to me.  We don't need gatekeepers here.  If something is really stupid, people just ignore it.
