Open Studio Days

Now wildly popular, this annual public event promises to be even more
exciting than years past – with an unprecedented number of participating art
studios and associated businesses, over 20 live art-making demonstrations and
public participation activities, and with widely diverse art media
represented, including such hot offerings as glass-blowing, Tango music, and
metals forging!

In an ongoing effort to contribute to Cleveland’s cultural wellbeing, and to
further develop the relationship between artist and community, City Artists at
Work – Serving the Superior Arts Corridor is now in its 8th year of presenting
this unique opportunity for the public to get up close and view professional
artists’ processes and finished work, and right in their private working
studios! This year, visitors can take part in the “Palette Trip” -- filling
their “palettes” with stamps from each participating building, and becoming
eligible for drawings, including a Grand Prize designer chair from BIE
Interiors, as well as lunch or dinner for 2 from local restaurants. These same
sponsoring restaurants are giving all visitors 10% off of any lunch or dinner
purchased during the Open Studio Days event.
