Part 1 of interview with S. Brian Willson, author of Blood on the Tracks, and Cindy Piester of Pulse TV. Brian discusses his epiphany in Vietnam where he witnessed the results of U.S. bombing of undefended fishing villages and the impact of Agent Orange. He also discusses his growing activism and concern about U.S. foreign policy leading, including going to the site of the Ameryya bomb shelter and being imprisoned in Ramallah by the IDF. Brian was run over by a U.S. munitions train and lost his legs while attempting to non-violently protest the shipment of weapons to be used against the people of Nicaragua and El Salvador in the late 1980s.
