The YWCA invites you to the inaugural Leadership Forum for Equity & Inclusion The topic of the Forum is Inclusion as a Driver of Economic Development. The forum will include keynote presentations, an interactive panel discussion, and facilitated break-out sessions that will move the dialogue into action planning. This forum will focus the attention of leaders on one of the region’s most pressing issues: the impact of racial inclusion on economic prosperity.
Featuring local and regional leaders and experts, the forum will share vital community data and research that demonstrates the business case for linking racial inclusion and regional economic development. Distinguished speakers and panel guests include representatives from the Fund for our Economic Future, Cuyahoga County Treasurer Jim Rokakis, and the honorable john powell, Executive Director of the Ohio State University – Kirwan Institute for Race and Ethnicity.
