<>It seems there's a need for basic instructions on use and purpose of the mailing list. As I understand this, anything posted to this "forum" is sent to everyone who has subscribed to the mailing list (the subscription form is at the bottom right column). If someone replies to a forum mailing they receive, it will be posted to the mailing list forum. Also, if anyone sends email to the mailing list forum address, that will post. Let me know if I'm off on any of this.

I suggest a clarification on this be posted as "instructions" at the top of this forum page, along with convenient access to the sign-up form, and a listing of the email address t send messages to this forum (I forget what that is).
