ON JANUARY 17, 2013, DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR EVANS WAS OBSERVED SPEWING POLLUTANTS INTO THE AIR AT THE SITE OF HISTORIC 80-YEAR OLD JOHN MARSHALL HIGH SCHOOL  IN CLEVELAND, OHIO-- SEE PHOTOGRAPH IN SLIDE.

ON JANUARY 22, 2013 – OHIO EPA DIRECTOR  SCOTT J. NALLY WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE POLLUTION, IN AN E-MAIL, WHERE MR. NALLY WAS REQUESTED:
