BTW - I have never been an optimist - always a realist - I saw promise in Northeast Ohio but the corruption here has made it too dysfunctional and it appears the White House intends to continue being dishonest about that, so the fact is the people here are truly dead meat.

Thank you for your level headed response to my not-too-well-explained comments re: Creative and DowntownClevelandAlliance videos.
I woke up in the middle of the night with a brain storm explanation of why the posting of commercial Downtown Cleveland Alliance videos on Realneo instinctively sticks in my craw.
Here's a bit more of the reasoning behind my peeve:
The DCA constitutes a private police and janitorial force in the certain portions of downtown Cleveland which their member-landowners occupy.
When I was downtown recording the rip-down of the LeBron James sign there were many others who stopped their cars at the curb so they could get out and take a picture of LeBron before he was all gone.
I observed DCA employees ordering the public to get back in their cars and move along. This type of directive constitutes a police function in my opinion.
If the public didn’t do as the DCA employee ordered, the DCA employee used his two way radio to summon the Cleveland Police.
The DCA employees also “monitored” panhandlers – keeping the panhandlers from “too aggressively” asking for money.
Sure, the DCA believes that the point of all their “policing” and “monitoring” and janitorial pressure washing of graffiti off of the downtown buildings of the DCA members is to encourage tenants and the tenants' employees and the paying public to patronize downtown Cleveland.
But sanitizing downtown Cleveland isn’t the answer to Cleveland’s demise, and monitoring behavior in the public space should not be allowed to be a private business interest function in America.
The proof is in the pudding – for the past 40/50 years the direction of downtown Cleveland has been down. All the do-gooder philanthropies and do-gooder non-profits and do-gooder CDC’s have ridden the carcass of downtown Cleveland into the ditch.
So now the DCA hires a crew to produce a self serving hype video - lure youth to the hip Terminal Tower area.
And then the DCA commits to a very hypocritical decision: The DCA hires a “creative” publicist to spray graffiti – not aerosol lacquer graffiti on a wall – but digital graffiti on Realneo’s wall.
If one of DCA’s policemen saw a tagger spraying on a building downtown, the DCA would have the tagger's ass arrested for defacing property, trespass, vandalism – at the minimum
But the DCA and it’s members are hypocrites. Money managers. Civic Leaders.
And they have a self serving spam video message which their board OK’d.
The DCA isn’t a trespasser, vandal, or defacer.
No.
They are different. They pay their minions to spray mindwash spam across websites which they cuckold.
