dear keith - keith sulzer, commander second district police, cleveland, ohio -

we need your help -

the good police came to my home car 253 car 211 and i thing another car and about four officers and knocked on my door about 3:pm sunday august 7, 2011 - with several civilian persons as i looked at my video - i was sleeping - evidently this stems from my new dog yoga honey being donated to me may 31, 2001 memorial day by xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  in tremont, as he knew yoga my previous great dog partner past over - i have video clip of the donation -

xxxxxxx called sgt. don egan officer on duty at 2nd district about 11 - 11:30 pm sunday and told sgt. that he donated the dog to me on said day and that i didn't steal the dog as some persons are claiming falsely in a police report - and xxxxxxx called you on your cell but it was off - lily xxxxxxx gave  the cell no. for this emergency as lily talked to the person that said it his dog - xxxxxxxx also called lily and told her the same -

and this stems from three persons african americian confronting me in front of civilizations coffee west 11th and kenilworth about 9:pm and the person that identified himself as robert watson (and two identified males) grabbed yogas harness and said "this is my dog i don't care what you do i'm taking my dog" - i pulled yoga back and said "i'm calling the police" -

and just then car 239 pulled up ( i presume by chance) to the stop sign in front where we were and i waved them as i toke yoga to the car as they got out - and the good officers know me and told them this man is attempting to steal yoga and the man said this is his dog and his dog was stolen months ago and the police said they know me as a good man and don't think i would steal your dog as the police asked me how i got yoga i told them the above comments -

i asked the the man if he filed a police report and he told the officers he did and said he has papers to prove and photos and he said he was in florida and lives in willouby and police asked him for the name of the person who filed the police report so they could check it in the computor and he said it was his friend that lives on west 7th that he let have the dog because he went to florida and he made a cell call to get the persons and couldn't get the name ( turns out no police report was filed) -

and he lied other times to the police and he called some friends and they came on the scene and one woman lied and said "she saw me go into the yard and steal the dog because i rescue dogs" and the r. watson said the same thing and wanted a police report made -

and a few times the police said this a civil matter - and asked us to exchange information and i gave him my card and he wrote only his first name robert and a phone 305-587-6365 (miami florida) on paper and i asked the officer to have him write his last name and address - he did - r. watson 681 east 117st cleveland ohio -

the police called a road sgt. and sgt. told them its a civil matter and the sgt. told the officer  to tell me to leave which i did -

the said persons mention a police officer name to car 239 and they knew of him and some other strange coincidences happen during the 30 minutes or so of the situation which i have on video -

keith evidently the police told them that if they get the papers etc, to prove they should go file a police report according to r. watson told lily -

a chistopher dowdley called me from 216.533.4282 caller i.d. which i didn't answer and lily called and didn't leave a message and c.d. or r.w. spoke to lily and said the police and dog warden is coming to my home and i should take some money and a puppy in return for yoga who they said is a trained k-9 attack dog from argentina who is about 5 years old - and that he can say a command and yoga would attack me

r.watson told the police that yoga is trained k-9 attack dog from argentina who is about 5 years old and that he can say a command and yoga would attack me and the officers said you better not say that and  he said he wouldn't -

r. w. and c.d. have a few felony records per the county records site for drugs growing  - non-support - not stopping for police - parole volations - and if r.w. one of the same there is fugitive warrant from florida since 2006 -

if yoga is their dog yoga was mistreated and being used as a drug dog to protect and ran away and one can tell yoga was in a cage a lot per his ware and tare on his legs and two markings on his front lip and the way yoga acted at first when he was being trained as a service canine - which yoga does a great job in all retail stores etc. - and has the county service dog license - and also is doing good for biological explosive search and rescue - military - training -

so my read is these people are connacted maybe as informants and know some law enforcement dea etc. and got the police to come to my home without first going to the prosecutor for an investigation and sworn affidavits - and this could have been planned for yoga to attack me or attack others -  or a set up for stealing yoga - truth is stranger than fiction -

one other person that i met at the park said he had yoga for a few months and gave him to some one else - and suggest to me how to treat yoga and this person my be tied in with law enforcement -

xxxxxxxxxxx will be calling you about 4:30 pm monday as he has to work i asked him to call you sooner - he is a u.s. goverment employee also he said he will give me a sworn affidavit that he donated yoga the dog -

hopefully i won't get the same mistreatment from the shadow side of the system - theres the great bright side which  keith your part of - please let me know -
