Readers of REALNEO send me information - here's a suspicious transfer involving the CCLB and Slavic Village Development Corporation - The Galats now have the house at 6811 Fleet Ave listed for sale at $74,900. They have "owned" the house for a little more than a year- have they paid any taxes on this property?:

Send them to me ! BTW--this is in Cleveland City Council Ward 12, Anthony Brancatelli - who also chairs the Cuyahoga County Land Bank. Brancatelli was the head of the CDC Slavic Village Development Corporation, while Ed Rybka was the council person. Ed Rybka appointed Brancatelli to council. Brancatelli installed Marie Kitteridge at Slavic Vllage Development Corporation. Her husband, Brancatelli's best friend, Clark Broida - is also his treasurer/fundraiser. Broida runs a title agency, Neighborhood Title, across from Third Federal. Slavic Village CDC is a pass through for property transfers. Tony and his wife, Gail Glamm - SEE Hatha Communications- acquired their housing through Cleveland Housing Network, while he was at the CDC.

It is truly interesting that THE PLAIN DEALER NEVER DID FOLLOW-UP on the unpaid taxes of this particular slumlord and TAX evader, Graig Brown. So why does he NOW get coverage and Chester Cuiksa, a Polish friend of Anthony Brancatelli gets a pass? Why does Cuyahoga County NOT pursue more tax evaders w/foreclosures and forfeiture? :

Active- Chester Cuiska, buddy of Brancatelli - tax delinquent $13,318.50 on his own home - and according to sources (not confirmed) - Mr. Cuiska has 30 rentals thousands and thousands behind on taxes and water bills. He gets hefty commission on each of these buildings sold through Slavic Village Recovery. NOTE: cozy Cleveland Housing Network relationship (Brancatelli got his home from CHN)- Brancatelli was also GIVEN part of Old Brooklyn for Ward 12 so he can transfer former YMCA property to Cleveland Housing Network - now reinvented to Cleveland Housing Partnership...same crooks, different names.
