We contacted CPP a half hour ago when we learned of the outage. They have told us they are on scene and working to correct.

I have received several calls from individuals without electrical power in the Tremont neighborhood. We have several senior citizens and handicapped residents without power. Not to mention businesses that cannot operate.
 
One resident Mr. Guy Templeton Black who I just hung up the phone with said he is "Freezing to Death" inside his home. He has contacted Councilman Cimperman and the Staff of Tremont West Development for assistance.
 
Mr. Black lives on Brayton Ave. in Tremont. Can you let us know what the timeframe to restore the service in that Area? I would much appreciate a timely response on service restoration.
