Long-time contributor to REALNEO Guy Templeton Black has died.  His dog Sofia is available for adoption at the Animal Protective League.  I will post more information as it becomes available.  Guy was a challenging person, who defended the rights of the marginalized and forgotten.  He will be missed.

RIP Guy Templeton Black...

RIP Guy Templeton Black... I met Guy Templeton Black (and Yogi) over 15 years ago, when first moving to Tremont. He became more well known to me when I was more involved with TWDC. And then during a political campaign. Guy would always support the plight of those discriminated against, for the handicap, the less fortunate. He had a few polarizing tendencies, like we all do, only he wasn't afraid to show it. Sure, I received more than a few long voicemails, a fax or two, and I even heard his outgoing announcement on his answering machine more than once... he always supported me, and my mission, and he was always a kind face when I saw him. I was very happy to know him, we need more people like Guy to balance out the scale. I know wherever Guy is right now, he may be in peace, but I'm sure he's not resting.... he's still on the crusade.
