Dear Gary, Mike Cohen Hope you were present at the Dave Stringer Kirtan event last weekend. He definitely rocked the house, and that evening in Cleveland was the highlight of the tour! If you enjoyed the Kirtan you'll love his new live CD, titled Joyride. There's more to come this month and next... Save the date as I'll be bringing a full Kirtan band (perhaps including Joni Allen) to Studio 11 on Friday November 13. In the meantime, this week I will offer live music in yoga classes at Inner Bliss Yoga and Studio 11 during the week.

Well I’ve read and read posts on this blog over the last few months and I can say with all honesty that the people in wards 13 and14 (including new and old residents effected by the boundary change) are some of passionate inspiring people I ever encountered in person or online.

If we are going to have zoos and aquariums at all, we should use them for more than entertaining the masses... like for real education, including for enhancing real early childhood development, including having a preschool at the zoo! i went to the jefferson library and requested to marry a couple and the very nice lady looked at me for a moment and said ' we have never had a wedding at the library as far as i know - and this will be the first time"

Sometimes it is hard for me to catch up. 40+ hours per week digging, pulling, plucking and gathering, cutting and washing vegetables on the farm leave little time for me to catch up on what's new in Cleveland. So today I went digging for the recent stuff (hoopla) about the "new" Gordon Square Arts District. I watched videos and heard the yuppie mantras repeated (like they have a script that includes name dropping - SoHo, Dupont Circle, the numbers of businesses and economic development and jobs projection numbers).
