Akron is fucked - the wind from Cleveland is blowing our pollution on them
The Ohio EPA is hidding all these facts in their charts, but the fact we are unsafe shows through in our current conditions
This snuck through the OHIO EPA data cleansing and hidding process because everyone else was asleep at 2:20 am... but me

NOACA and the Ohio EPA actually consider all 2.5 million people in Northeast Ohio and the millions more people in our air currents too worthless to know the truth and live, as the charts above show that while citizens are suffering excessive pollution the monitoring of that is intentionally broken and incorrect - has been forever, in technical terms - making it IMPOSSIBLE for us to protect ourselves from the harm caused, other than by moving from the region, as my family is doing immediately. Why do any of you citizens harmed by this put up with this - it costs us $ trillions and 1,000,000s of lifeyears, and benefits nobody but shareholders in polluting corporations. If you believe that is good, you deserve the consequences. Your children don't know better and do not deserve you harming them, though, and you should ship them away.

Safety First
I'm pretty sure the reason a utility would require additional meters and relays in the circuit is to protect their guys in the field. The power system probably wasn't designed to move electricity from the customer to the grid.
This additional source of energy on a circuit thought to be isolated by the linemen could prove deadly. The utilities #1 priority is safety, not power delivery or generating electricity.
My uncle's a lineman in all types of weather, so this hits close to home.

john funk has been a reporter for about 30 years or more years - i sued him and the cleveland press for not honoring a verble contract that i would get a by-line contributung free lance reporter and some money if the article was a success - as it was as it ran about 10 days front page and a few back page as i recall - it was an expose' of a religious cult in cleveland - that i went undercover - the cuyahoga county common pleas court judge ordered arbritration and i won - at that time the press went bankrupt - and they wern't going to pay me the money the court ordered - the good joseph cole millioner that owed the press paid me the money as i threaten to sue him personnaly - i spoke to him in his office over the phone - he really didn't have to pay me because the press was corporation - but he said he liked my speaking truth to power and the guts to threaten him legally and i asked him what he would do if he were me - and he said he would do the same-
john funk and the editors lied and said i didn't give them any information - i had a tape recording of our conversations and my notes - in the arbrtration hearing in front of three lawyers the lawyers for the press attempted to act like bullys as they were high price and famous attorneys - the arbritators told them to be quiet as this wasn't a court room and they can't push there weight around - i spoke like simple pro-se poverty affidavit plantiff that i was and am and won and was notified in two days and this was a miricle of justice because it takes a longer-
i'll fine my 2 page complaint to the court and post it - it was my shortest and best petition to a court-
the cleveland press was a great news paper and did a lot of good - much more than the cleveland plain dealer - actualy it was the cleveland press and cleveland new-
