I was running errands earlier this week and I went to a hospital pharmacy to pick up a script for a house bound friend.  There was a long line, I got a phone call, so I sat down on a nearby bench from which I took the photo above.   

In the space of about 45 minutes 5 different people who were in the line demonstrated psychotic, disruptive, mentally disturbed behavior.  

 A reminder to everyone that Mayor Frank Jackson administers the City of Cleveland AND Cleveland Metropolitan School District. The District has been playing real estate politics with the properties adjacent to the CMSD Denison building. Brian Cummins has been fully aware of this property for over 9 years - Tony Brancatelli has the gerrymandered Ward 12 across the street.

Armond Budish continues to operate with the same level of underhanded incompetence pioneered by his predecessors in Cuyahoga County government.   There is no attempt by the media - in this most recent case, Peter Krouse of Cleveland.com - to ask even the most obvious questions about these transactions.  

I understand that Guy Templeton Black has died.    Guy was a major contributor to  community activism and to Realneo.

 Long-time contributor to REALNEO Guy Templeton Black has died.  His dog Sofia is available for adoption at the Animal Protective League.  I will post more information as it becomes available.  Guy was a challenging person, who defended the rights of the marginalized and forgotten.  He will be missed.

Jim Rokakis leads some bullsh#t fake green land trust for the 1%, Gus Frangos heads up Cuyahoga County Land Bank (and most likely collects PERS) -the new preferred way of transferring wealth (after the tax lien sale scam and Board of Revision gig dried up) to CDCs like Detroit Shoreway, and Tony Brancatelli - Mr.

Wednesday, May 10, 2017    The SEIU is working to put the  public 88 million tax gift for Dan Gilbert's  Q "renovation" scam on the ballot.   6000 registered City of Cleveland voter's signatures are necessary to cause a referendum.  

 The Mayor of Cleveland, Ohio is one Frank Jackson.    From meeting Mr. Jackson and knowing his "it is what it is" very low energy style I can confidently suggest that Mr. Jackson does not personally populate the twitter account of the Cleveland Mayor linked here.
