 Slavic Village Community Development is selling taxpayer property to an investor  LLC that is property tax delinquent in Cuyahoga County.

On October 1, 2012, Slavic Village sold the property located at 3715 Gertrude Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio  for $3,000.

Have you seen this man or his truck? This idiot is Larry Duffield, who is believed to be responsible for a variety of recently committed crimes in the Tremont neighborhood. A residential camera caught this moron stealing a central air-conditioner unit on the morning of April 15th.

Cleveland City Council, meeting in special session called by Council President Marty Sweeney, approved an amended city ward redistricting plan, which, in effect, creates 3 wards in Tremont in place of the current two. The vote was 14 – 4 for the new plan.

 Paying out "rebates" to trucking firms which bought a lot of fuel?.....why not simply reduce your profit with disquised rebates to yourself ?....and lower your "profit" and your taxes in the process...

Create a bunch of phony co's, and rebate to them....which is actually yourself...
