I have done nothing this evening but glued my ear to the phone.  One caller after the other filling me in on the Professor streetscape meeting.

First, how much development money has been promised to TWDC and/or its representatives for going along with the plans to slaughter and execute 21 charming and vivacious bloomers that have been marked for death in the next few days? 

How many more costly boondoggles does TWDC get at the expense of taxpayer and community dollars?

The Cuyahoga County Land Bank was created to keep property out of the hands of risky, out-of-state investors.  However, the land bank continues to give away property to these same risky investors that they were so concerned about.

It was with that humorous insight in mind that I put pen to paper and added up my reasons for "distrusting" the fur averse:

My main take-away from the meeting last night was that this could be a bona-fide recycling operation - but why this location East 79th and St. Clair???

Cuyahoga County Hypocrite Con Artist GUS FRANGOS - President of the Cuyahoga County Land Bank

Gus Frangos' shell LLC property is scheduled for FINAL FORECLOSURE AUCTION on April 22, 2013.  There were no bidders on April 8, 2013.

I am not sure why the county has overlooked another one of Gus Frangos' shell properties which has been tax delinquent- for years.

I suppose the county is just picking on the little people that lack the ability to fight back and is still playing corrupt politcs.

 I have been involved with Realneo since Realneo's inception (along with numerous other hard slugging long time team work reporters here -: ).  

During my involvment with Realneo I have thought about how to improve, jazz up, energize, pump Realneo.  

Apparently ignited by an electrical short circuit in a air conditioning unit - the entire 450 high skyscraping in Grozny torches itself.

Gus Frangos - president of the county land bank -works hard to eliminate blight in our neighborhoods.  Frangos fights blight and should be awarded for his hard work.

Although Frangos has done many great things in our community, his most overlooked and under appreciated contribution is noted below.

Gus Frangos's salary is paid by the collection of delinquent property taxes.

Frangos wrote and passed legislation regarding delinquent property tax foreclosures, and he is praised for expediting the property tax foreclosure process from years to months.

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio - Kubo Casto, a K-9 officer for Richmond Heights police, will be laid to rest on April 2. Kubo died suddenly on March 24. He was 12 years old.

 TWDC sent me the following, addressed to "Tremont Stakeholder." Funny, when it came to ODOT's plans for the bridge in my front yard, adjacent to my property, I was not considered a stakeholder. 

And when I sent Joe the link to my last post about ODOT's dismissal of me, he just forwarded it on to ODOT. Big help Mr. Don't Do Anything Until Entire Community Approves was. 

However, he has been helpful at times and I know nothing about whoever will replace him, doesn't seem as though it will be Brian, whom I like better than many politicians.
