How many non certified employees work for Cuyahoga County? 

How many have tried to get certified? 

Who are they? 

What is the status of their "EMPLOYEE AT WILL" employment today? 

How many have taken and failed/passed the Civil Service Exam? 

How many would qualify for immediate employment termination that would help balance our local government budgets? 

Why are we keeping non certified employees around our local government?

 Thanks to all the dedicated pawns in this industry who have ever looked down their nose at another human being for whatever reason!

Uncountable FEDERALLY FUNDED PROGRAMS are administered locally by social service and community development organizations on behalf of the low income, disabled, and demographically disadvantaged folks. On the West Side of Cleveland, the industry of PHILANTHROPY rakes in approximately $2 Billion Dollars per year. How many folks understand how this "DEMOGRAPHIC DATA" fuels this local economy and why the leaders don't want to change their formats or accept responsibility for their actions to "ALLEGEDLY" empower the people?

CHN Joins Detroit Shoreway & City of Cleveland to Host HUD Press Event Third Round of NSP Grants Announced On September 9, 2010 CHN, Detroit Shoreway and the City of Cleveland welcomed Assistant Secretary Mercedes Marquez of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Marquez announced a $6.8 million award to the City of Cleveland for the third round of funding through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). NSP was established for the purpose of stabilizing communities that have suffered from foreclosures and abandonment.

 Understanding the entire HUD Funding breakdown, the MASTER PLANS of the Local CDC's, the City of Cleveland, and the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission and the INFLATED APPRAISALS in addition to the INFLATED TAXES which are 2 separate inflations..would have improved this story by the PD.

Today, I saw this demo company turning onto a neighborhood street off of Clark... Ultimately, it and several others landed right behind Train Park off of West 48 & Clark/Train Avenues. Another house was being demo'd...and many, many, many more to go!

Just felt like venting below....watching the annihilation of our city has traumatized my life, violated our people, and decimated our American Spirit...But I shall continue to have faith that the corrupt jerks who have destroyed our world will be held accountable before our lifetime is over. May they all enjoy the shame that comes with being exposed for their poor choices...and that jail time that should come with convictions... We the people have been imprisoned for all too long in our community and it's time to be set free!

Did the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party Council Representatives violate the Ohio Public Meeting Law or any Ethics when they had their meeting as reported by the Plain Dealer earlier this month? 

I am extraordinarily amazed at the highly educated folks who can make the laws, litigate the laws, and benefit from the laws---but who absolutely refuse to protect the little people under the law...

Where were the protective measures, grants, subsidies, and assistance for the low income homeowners along the way? This article is from 1999... It is a system designed to benefit the administrators not the residents.

A) The County Commissioners paid GLS/PPTS $50k to research TAX POLICY in Ohio...then  

B) Treasurer Jim Rokakis LOBBIED to establish the ORC chapters like ORC 5721 that would support his Land Bank and Property Tax Certificate Sales to third parties....

A snow storm won't discourage the families of Northeast Ohio from protesting the closure of Huron Hospital by Cleveland Clinic. They will unite today from 12-2pm to show their voice to KEEP HURON OPEN! Activists, Artists, Clergy, Citizens, and Elected Officials are expected to arrive at this rally to SAVE HURON ROAD! 

Participants will meet across from Chicago Deli on Euclid! 

The Not For Profit Industry of the West Side of Cleveland has annual earnings of almost $2 Billion Dollars....

All of which appear to be codependent on NEEDY PERSON QUOTAS that drive thier system! Wow, with 2 Billion dollars a year being invested into the West side, can someone please explain to me where it's all at??? I mean, even if we divided that number by 500,000 people-every person in the entire city could get about $3,597.18 per year or $299.77/month! 

The City of Cleveland & Cuyahoga County Receive tons of Federal Tax Dollars annually that are supposed to drive initiatives to revitalize our community. Have you heard of any productive measures associated with our community using these funds which have actually helped the people directly who actually live in these areas??? Or, are all the funds going to pay for the ADMINISTRATION of these agencies and the people who live outside the area?
