lmcshane's blogGood Enough - Repair Mentality in CLESubmitted by lmcshane on Sun, 04/27/2014 - 16:21.
Theoretically - City of Cleveland has ordinance on books that would put electric wires underground - but that is too much work and when old poles rot, well then, CPP will replace, but has issues w/other stuff attached to their poles and this is the result - GOOD ENOUGH!!

Land Bank Staff - mushroomed job creation....Submitted by lmcshane on Mon, 04/07/2014 - 09:10.
Originally - only ten people were to be part of a "cost-effective" staff - now look how many folks feed off this massive criminal enterprise. Does Gus Frangos and staff collect PERS, too ?

East CLE and the great land grabSubmitted by lmcshane on Mon, 02/17/2014 - 13:09.
I suggest that everyone in Northeast Ohio - join Facebook and friend Eric Jonathon Brewer for an understanding of the land grab machine- and how Gary Norton played into their game:

Massive Criminal Enterprise - CDCs are inherently corrupt -pass through Fed monies to DevelopersSubmitted by lmcshane on Sun, 01/26/2014 - 00:30.
![]() Somewhere along the way, many of us at REALNEO, became aware of a real estate scheme that was hatched many years ago-using OPM-other people's money. For anyone, who might tune into REALNEO and write-off or marginalize the content here, please take a minute to review my personal history, which has led me to the conclusion that there is a massive criminal enterprise at work here.

Fortune Magazine gives CLE backhanded complimentSubmitted by lmcshane on Sun, 12/29/2013 - 02:44.
Fortune Magazine recently predicted that the market in NEO - will make Cleveland the "next" Brooklyn - break out real estate. Don't get too excited - the editors apparently don't know the difference between Columbus and Cleveland - their feature photo shows Columbus:

TY CLE - Perpetuate the Second Class - ParasitismSubmitted by lmcshane on Thu, 11/07/2013 - 09:27.
Thank you to my neighbors who voted in the same crud who perpetuate the cycle of abandonment and parasitism we live with in NEO. Federal funds can't pour into a region unless there is an entrenched class of citizens deemed "second class." Well - this is our future - warehousing our elderly and the offspring of any child considered less fortunate because they had the misfortune to be labeled "Urban." Good luck with your investment strategies!!! ( categories: )
VOTE Lanci for Mayor of ClevelandSubmitted by lmcshane on Sat, 11/02/2013 - 07:07.
Hello Residents of the City of Cleveland - you do have a choice. Please rid us of the corrupt "it is what it is..." mentality. Get RID of Frank Jackson and Martin Sweeney - vote for transparency and accountability (at least there is a promise of something-anything better than the STATUS QUO).
Henry Senyak's Editorial Letter to PDSubmitted by lmcshane on Tue, 10/29/2013 - 07:24.
I have been asked to post Henry Senyak's letter to the Plain Dealer editors - some of you may recall that Henry Senyak actually tipped WOIO Channel 19 off to the hijinks of Russo and Dimora -well BEFORE the PD even began to unravel the obvious story:

Plain Dealer machinations again...Please BELIEVE!!Submitted by lmcshane on Wed, 10/23/2013 - 03:18.
Plain Dealer editorial choices for council are again - a joke. I can't wait to read their "endorsement" for Sweeney. What creative spin will they use this time??? Sickening.

Drive to Broaden OPINION content at Plain DealerSubmitted by lmcshane on Mon, 09/16/2013 - 08:12.
I have posted this content to Citizen Dashboard category - in the Sunday Plain Dealer, editor Elizabeth Sullivan wants you to know that through the Northeast Ohio Media Group and the Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com (if you understand that evolution) - you have a greater opportunity to voice your opinion. Please see the full article at http://www.cleveland.com/opinion/index.ssf/2013/09/making_opinion_content_even_br.html

Bridge over the River CuyahogaSubmitted by lmcshane on Mon, 08/05/2013 - 03:12.
Trains share the corridor with cyclists and pedestrians on the Great Allegheny Passage. Meanwhile, in Northeast Ohio - there is one train trestle that separates the public from our lakefront. Not such an insurmountable obstacle!!!

Cuyahoga County - and the LOOPHOLESubmitted by lmcshane on Sat, 07/27/2013 - 11:16.
Would you NOT think that delinquent tax status on any property would preclude a delinquent owner from buying a property from Fannie Mae? Well, it just happened in my neighborhood and this time the guy didn't even bother to camouflage his name with an LLC - like good old Lucky Ogor!

Ward 14 - dirty politics in NEOSubmitted by lmcshane on Thu, 07/04/2013 - 08:37.
The media is largely ignoring the simmering council race in Ward 14 - focused on Eugene Miller and Jeff Johnson - another power play with Sweeney written all over it. But, the story on near west side is far more volatile with a history worth revisiting. See the historic editorials by Nelson Cintron and, at the time, Miriam Ortiz-Maldonado. ( categories: )
CAR-FREE Care-free- Pt IV Downtown CLESubmitted by lmcshane on Mon, 07/01/2013 - 17:13.
I was going to ride my bike and take my camera – but the rain looked imminent so I skipped both. Instead, I was dropped off downtown amidst the hustle-and-bustle of the lunch time crowd at Tower City. My destination was RTA to pick up my 5 ride tickets. ( categories: )
