Cleveland.com was careful not to mention "Shaker Square", instead refering to the robbery as being "in the 2700 block of South Moreland Blvd.   

Why?   Ad dollars from whom?

Taxes going to the mega rich.   Totally assinine. 

 Hillary Clinton recieved 59,739,604 citizens votes to Trump's 59,520,324 citizens votes.    Therefore Clinton has the MANDATE of the people.     

Compared with other large metropolitan school districts around the United States, Cleveland's public school children are more than 3 years behind the average - only Detroit's school system performs more poorly for its students.    

The mood was upbeat on the street outside the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.   Seemed well organized, with parking lots behind the Board and across the street in two or three other lots.  Signage was effective, a canopy covered the sidewalk in case of rain and a line of voters....

One older man was selling his home made Hillary buttons for $4.   Lots of Judge signs stuck in the sidewalk cracks.   

 Issue 32 seeks to increase the payroll tax on persons working in the City of Cleveland from 2% of their paycheck to 2 1/2% of their paycheck - if passed Issue 32 is estimated to take another 80 million annually from workers in the City and provide that cash to the present municipal employees and municipal functions  "operated" by Mayor Frank Jackson.    

    For those of you who know and follow Ms. Coleman's writings then you, like me, have been wondering where she has been for the past few months - during which time there was no news from Ms. Coleman.    I recently received the following email from Kathy Wray Coleman and am passing it on as Ms. Coleman requests....

On various street corners in downtown Cleveland you will find these suitcase sized sniffers...plugged into the traffic light control box electric power or another power source.    5 foot high "chimney" pipes extend up from one end of the unit.  Do these units provide realtime data via cell phone or the internet?    Could we map the movement of a volatile chemical through downtown?   How much do they cost?   Who is paying?

 Entire neighborhoods have been wiped out in Cleveland - what percentage of the owners were white vs black?    Did they leave the state or just leave Cleveland after their property was demolished/abandoned?

I have been helping a friend of mine create images for a catalogue of an old collection of stuffed animals.  

Well today I got really into the effort - because when I looked at the image finder I was a amazed with what I saw.

New York City just conducted it's census of homeless people in the first half of February, 2016.   Mayor deBlasio walked down a few alleys in support of the census.    Other large metro areas across the USA also conduct their annual homeless persons census in the middle of the winter.
